This is a 5 page paper discussing the new policy implemented at the University of Colorado Boulder regarding a ban on alcohol at the university stadium. Their proposal consisted of a two year trial which during that time incidents of security problems would be recorded and season ticket holders and students would be polled in regards to their satisfaction of the new policy. The proposal and the trial turned out to be successful as security incidents decreased and attendance was not affected.
